Вітаємо Вас, шановний читачу. Сьогодні ми викладаємо свій перший підсумковий звіт за 8 місяців роботи (починаючи з 7 квітня 2022 року). Перш, ніж ми підсумуємо результати, надамо Вам ключові цифри.

За зазначений період часу нами було залучено і передано благодійної допомоги на суму в 430 467 грн., більша частина якої була передана підрозділам Збройних Сил України. Трохи менша частина була розподілена між постраждалими від війни людьми, які знайшли прихисток у шелтерах, та медичними закладами. 0% було використано нами на адміністративні витрати, тобто 100% допомоги, яку ми отримуємо, використовується виключно за цільовим призначенням – надання благодійної допомоги. І так буде і надалі. Ми вдячні кожному з Вас за довіру і участь в нашій діяльності. Саме завдяки спільноті, яка згуртувалася навколо ідеї фонду, ми змогли досягти результатів. Ми дякуємо кожному, хто донатив, організовував, транспортував – без Вашої надійної підтримки ми навряд чи б впоралися.

Наш благодійний фонд об’єднав дві команди – волонтерського центру “Парус” та волонтерського пункту на залізничному вокзалі. Обидві команди виникли ситуативно, об’єднавши в перші дні повномасштабного вторгнення активних людей. До центру “Парус” щодня приїздили військові та отримували продукти харчування, засоби гігієни. На вході утворювалися великі черги людей, що знайшли прихисток у нашому місті, і які шукали допомогу. Додатково плелися маскувальні сітки, плавилися протитанкові їжаки. Волонтерський пункт на вокзалі, зі свого боку, став первинною лінією допомоги для усіх, хто прибував евакуаційними потягами, працюючи позмінно в цілодобовому режимі. Організація гарячого харчування, розселення, допомога при посадці в потяги на пероні, робота психологів із дітьми… Тож, напевно, якщо врахувати об’єм індивідуальної роботи людей – цифри були б значно більше за зазначені.

7 квітня, після проходження реєстрації, ми розпочали спільну роботу, проте формат не змінився. Продовжуючи допомагати індивідуально, кожен з нас приймав активну участь у роботі фонду

Підсумовуючи, ми дякуємо нашим волонтерам – за наполегливу, активну роботу у досягненні наших спільних цілей.

Ми також дякуємо кожному з Вас, хто знаходить час і можливість допомагати тим, хто так цього потребує.

Welcome, dear reader. Today we are publishing our first final report for 8 months of operation (starting from April 7, 2022). Before we summarize the results, we will provide you with key figures.

During this period, we raised and handed over charitable aid in the amount of UAH 430,467, most of which was transferred to the units of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. A slightly smaller part was distributed among the war-affected people who took refuge in our city and medical institutions. We used 0% for administrative expenses, which means that 100% of the aid we receive is used exclusively for its intended purpose – providing charitable assistance. And it will continue to be so. We are grateful to each of you for your trust and participation in our activities. It is thanks to the community that has rallied around the idea of the Foundation that we have been able to achieve results. We are grateful to everyone who donated, organized, and transported – without your reliable support, we could hardly have done it.

Our charitable foundation has united two teams – the Parus volunteer center and the volunteer point at the railway station. Both teams emerged situationally, uniting active people in the first days of the full-scale invasion. The military came to the Parus center every day to receive food and hygiene products. Long lines of people who had taken refuge in our city and were looking for help formed at the entrance. Additionally, camouflage nets were woven and anti-tank hedgehogs were melted. The volunteer center at the train station, for its part, became the primary line of assistance for all those arriving by evacuation trains, working in shifts around the clock. It provided hot meals, accommodation, assistance with boarding trains on the platform, psychologists working with children… So, probably, if we take into account the amount of individual work of people, the numbers would be much higher than mentioned before.

On April 7, 2022, after registration, we started working together, but the format has not changed. Continuing to help individually, each of us took an active part in the work of the foundation (more about our activities – here).

To summarize, we thank our volunteers for their persistent, active work in achieving our common goals.

We also thank each of you who finds the time and opportunity to help those who need it so much.
